…and I am liking it! Everything is starting to spring. Green sceneries are becoming visible to the eyes. Oh well, it is not really the case. It has always been green here in Florida, where nothing is hibernating. There is no snow or anything like that during winter season; except for one morning when the heaven above decided to let Floridians had a little taste of the coolness from the north. It was more like a flurry. It happened on a weekend morning. Hence, I had no work and had no urgency to wake up early. My husband, who was on his way to a paintball game, called me thrice on our home phone and finally, just left a voice mail. I was dead to the world. It was too bad for Amber. She was really looking forward to it when the news featured it the night before. Hopefully, when it will happen again, I will be wide awake.
My struggle right now is how to restore the dead grass in our yard. TruGreen (or any other firms) is not an option for me. The monthly lawn mowing is fine. I am a cheapskate. If I can personally do something, then I do it. It is as simple as that. I know nothing about lawn maintenance and gardening, but hey, I will try my luck at having a green thumb.
