It’s a sunny weekend, and I am stuck at our home. It is by choice, so I am not pointing a finger to anybody. My little mushroom and my husband, who is not feeling physically good, are both at home too. My little mushroom is bored out of her wits, and is bluntly complaining about it. Of course, I am not going to torture her. I make her an instant baker using instant ingredients! Smart eh? Thanks to Betty Crocker and Duncan Hines products!
The ingredients are really cheap – 2 eggs, veggie oil, instant cake mixes and an instant cake frosting. It’s something that you keep in your pantry for emergency purposes. A perfect example – tonight!
I am glad, my little mushroom went to bed with a smile on her face. She eats one cupcake before hitting the pillow.
