In my previous post, I ended it by saying the famous quote – health is wealth! Do you believe in this? I do! Even during birthdays, we always hear the “good health” wish. Even money is just secondary to health, but it definitely assists in getting a desirable health. It is a fact, living a healthy lifestyle can be expensive. Case in point – natural organic food. It is definitely more expensive than the regular items we get from the grocery shop. If you want to get more varieties of organic product, go to a store specializing in this. With your hundred bucks, you are lucky if you can go home with a bag full of organic goodies. Anyway, I need to say something that really bewilders me – organic cat or dog food! I do not know, it is just too much. But if you have all the money in the world, why not?
As part of my annual health-check routine, I just had it early this week. I am not done yet. I still have to go to a laboratory next week for my blood work. This is the scary part, and the reason on why I keep on stalling my doctor’s visit. Sigh. Wish me luck!
