It is very salty. It is filled with bones. Most of all, it is stinky. Why do I still like it?
This past weekend, I cooked dried fish at home. I had to give my husband a heads up that, the house would soon smell of dried fish. Thanks goodness, he was fine with it.
This is one of the Filipino food that, I truly missed. Granted, It is not healthy, but with white rice and vinegar, it tastes like heaven.
