In my quest to shed the pounds that I gain since I moved here in the US, I vow to accomplish it in a year. A 2-hour stint at the gym (at least 3-4 times a week), and a healthy eating habit hould help me achieve my goal. Also, getting older scares me. Next week, I will be 32! I need to get moving and live a healthy lifestyle.
