Our internet went out for several hours last week, so my husband decided that we were going to switch internet providers. He found one he liked by searching “wireless internet Daytona Beach”. I am so glad he did because I found the cutest project online for our kids to do. I have wanted to make some sort of ornament for them to put their handprint on and I finally found one I liked on Pineterest. It uses flour, salt, and water to make dough in which the kids can put their handprints in and bake in the oven to harden it. I tried it yesterday and I am really happy with how they turned out. My two-year-old son made one of his handprint and I made another one using my six-month-old daughter’s foot. I put their initials and the year on them and I think I will paint them sometime this week to make them more festive. If they turn out really good I will probably make more for my parents and my husband’s parents. I wish I had done this when my son had his first Christmas, but I was in survival mode then and was not nearly as crafty.
